You know that "organ donor" card? You thought they would take organs out of your corpse? Well, they don't. Once you have died your organs immediately deteriorate and cannot be used in another person.

So, the "organ donor" card people are kept alive on machines. They perform a breathing test to see if you can breath on your own, which of course you fail, and then helicopters are summoned and a surgeon removes all of your organs saving your BEATING HEART for last. Your already sold organs are flown out on the helicopters.
