Honestly, men should celebrate divorce, like we celebrate Armistice Day.
But, i rarely see any men even wanting to bring it up.

One thing i would really like to get statistics on is divorces by type

  • bad boy
  • alpha male
  • beta bucks

Most of the alphas in marriages, that i know, have very good marriages.

Most of the bad boys are usually smart enough to not get married, but lots of women have tried to tie them down by getting preggers. (my suspicion is that this is the number one cause of abortion)

Most of the divorces i hear about are beta males. Who were nothing but good men and good providers. Who were blindsided by their woman saying, "I'm not happy".

And so, the women i hear about, who are celebrating their divorces are happy that the lost that ole-ball-and-chain so they can try once more to try to get an alpha.

Too bad that women don't take in statistics very well.

  • Women who divorce will usually spend their golden years in poverty.
  • Women who divorce are often depressed and on meds.
  • Women who divorce have much harder time finding another man who will marry them. Usually 5 women per 1 man type odds.

I would like to see some changes, but its probably too late.
The couple should buy a house that has a granny flat. Upon divorce, the man just gets moved over there.
Child-support payments should be able to be made in food/diapers/clothes to the children.
And since seeing the kids is the number one indicator of whether a man will continue child support and alimony, the father's visitation rights should be encouraged, even if the state has to provide a civil servant to over see them.
