I find the problem is local ordinances, not the construction.

If i was allowed, me and a friend would knock one of these together in a week.
There is nothing fancy too them.

But, you find that local codes require you to put in the same size septic system as a full house, and that is if they let you build something so small. They usually have minimum size requirements (to keep house prices up)
