There is a bot-voter that does it. (votes for you, and calculates exactly how much vote you need.

There is a "service" that you pay SBD, and it will vote (vote buying) your comments up to 2.1¢

I don't know where specifically these things are.

I self vote with what vote power i have remaining at the end of the day. (such that VP will be 100% when i wake up)
So, yep, upvote yourself until they are 2.1¢
