Do they really think that the problem is that men don't know that rape is wrong?

Why don't we put up flyers saying "Mugging is Wrong!" ?

And, what portion of blame do we give women who ignore all 10 things?
The answer seems to be, "how dare you blame the victim!"

Lastly, you don't go putting flyers around the schools saying "Don't commit suicide" or "Call suicide prevention" because they always increase the number of suicides.

So, telling men so strongly "Not to rape", what message does that actually leave?
