I wish i knew what they meant by "carb"

If they meant "Wonder Bread", then of course... its a wonder that stuff is allowed to be called food.

Wheat has all of its nutrients removed, and thus has to be fortified... or people where falling down from lack of nutrition.

So, are they talking about white flour? Or whole wheat flour? Or mashed potatoes?

You know, the Japanese eat a lot of rice, a carb, and do very well with old age mental health.
