Well.... Japanese know a lot more english than americans know Japanese
So... they do get weird words of english tattooed... they are only weird because of context.

But, also Japanese don't really get tattoos, but fake (temporary) tattoos were popular. But, but, the words you see printed on T-shirts and such are much hilarious.
