While I was digging around looking for my favourite @pit-bullion piece of shiny precious I came across a couple of others that I had forgotten about. I know it’s probably too late to go into the Instagram giveaway but this one is a piece that it worth sharing anyway because it’s a bit different and it speaks to me on a few levels. Not just from a Stackitis perspective….
This is a hand poured 2 Troy Ounce .999 Silver Anarchy Hex. It’s another nice chunky bit of silver that does well as a show piece because it can bring up some interesting conversations about what Anarchy actually IS. I won’t go into that here because it’s a big topic but this piece has the classic Anarchy symbol embossed on the front of the Hex and it makes a nice bold statement. I’ve photographed it here with the Certificate of Authenticity from Pit Bullion which it is stored with.
The obverse shows the specifics of the silver piece. The nice pour lines with the classic pitbull head and brand name at the top of the silver and below it the 2 Troy Ounces and .999 Fine Silver in clear print. I genuinely have no idea how many of these @pit-bullion made but I’m guessing quite a few as there is no mintage number. From memory I think it was a stock piece for him for a while there back in 2018 or so. I still haven’t found the piece I was looking for but I am heading to my secure storage before the End Of Financial Year in Australia (June 30) so with any luck I’ll find it there later this week. Thanks again to
@welshstacker for inspiring me to post about my Pit Bullion pieces.
