Last Call for SGS Member Leases

We’ve already added some Hive Power to the SGS Community Curation Project. Even though the fundraiser Monster Raffle is still selling tickets there’s some liquid HIVE in the community account now and so we may as well start putting it to good use. In the last week or so @kerrislravenhill, @mraggaj, @geneeverett and @silversaver888 have all come on board, leasing the community a combined extra 22,500 Hive Power to boost our curation account up to 245,150 Hive Power at time of this post. That’s a boost of over 10% in rewards for our great SGS content creators already!

Those four cover all the members I had on the list who were interested in leasing us power, but we still have some money to spend. As I mentioned a month back when we started Seeking Hive Power Leases for SGS we were giving SGS Members first priority on the leases available but we’re at the point now where it might be time to approach some of the other non-members on the list of interested parties. I just wanted to put out one final post to see if there were any other SGS Members who were interested in leasing Hive Power to the community account before we start moving on to the non-members.

The terms of the leases are 13.5% APR paid weekly, in advance, with a minimum amount of 5,000 HP per lease. Our fundraiser is ongoing so I don’t yet know the total amount we have to spend on leases but we are definitely still looking for more at this stage.
