In Tempe or the dales of Arcady

Actact in the living Present

Weakened through my soulful cries

For ever warm and still to be enjoyd

And dost with poison war and sickness dwell

No sooner had 20th century's bloody battle fields dried up

Who said two superb and trunkless legs of stone

Continuous as the stars that shine

Where all the oppressed souls crawl and scream

Somewhere ages and ages hence

Had worn them really about the same

the guys stand or

What the blacksmith's iron what fear get a handle on

Not pleasure and not distress

In the backwoods of the night

Magnificence is truth beautythat is all

How extreme hazardous troubles the country faced

The sun of my smile

Of that colossal smash boundless and naked
