Ethereum and Bitcoin are the most valuable cryptomoney coins per unit but there are others that surpass them in some respects. An example of this is the Ripple that has already outperformed the Ethereum in market capitalization, meaning that the sum of all existing Ripple units already exceeds that of all Ethereum units.
As for the unit value, the difference is that each Ripple costs 2.35 euros, far from the almost 600 euros that each Ethereum reaches. This means that there is an immense amount of Ripple as all together they reach $90 billion, almost half the value of Bitcoin reaching $200 billion.
One of the biggest criticisms of Ripple is that it is a centralized project that relies solely on one company, generating less trust than others such as Bitcoin, a decentralized and trusted project supported by encryption and mathematics.
