So I joined Hive in March this year. After my Introductory post I felt like yeah, this is the place to be. I went in to write three other post which got no comments. That reduced my productivity alot and so throughout march I didn't do much posting. Then April I started joining in on some contests. They helped me alot but I wasn't consistent.
But after I set up a discord account I really got to appreciate Hive for the engagement it brings to the world at large. I got motivated on discord and June became my most productive month. Aside from addressing my immediate financial needs hive helped me learn to become a better writer.
Ok let's come to June ending, I got an all important advice on powering up. I always thought everyone build there accounts solely by posting contents and by engaging. But powering up really is a big aspect of account growth.
I then decided not to always withdraw all my earnings but powering up every now and then. So this is my first in pud but I'll make it a ritual every month to power up and build my account.
The number of hive I'm powering up for this month is 10. But I've learnt something on this Blockchain, and that is consistency. So I told myself make it a monthly thing and now I'm also joining the pum he he. 1 hive daily won't hurt me or one hundred percent payout.
This is me powering up not only my hive but also my mindset.
