WHITE HOUSE ACKNOWLEDGES UKRAINE'S USE OF ATACMS AGAINST RUSSIA: OFFICIAL STATEMENT

During a briefing, John Kirby, Coordinator for Strategic Communications at the National Security Council, publicly confirmed for the first time that Ukraine is authorized to use ATACMS missiles against Russian territory as part of self-defense efforts.
