I don't want to argue with you, but this plant is definitely not a rosehip. It is thorny as well as roses and fruits (berries) are elongated.
I'd rather not try these fruits in the kitchen. They are very bitter and also contain ingredients that could harm the human body.
However, the berries are beautiful. Additionally, try to find out which plant it is.
