Thank you so much for posting this, up until now I thought that ECR decreased by 1% flat (i.e., 1% of 100) every time you played. I just checked it out myself and you are correct...it is 1% of your current ECR. I missed out on a couple of daily rewards in the past because I thought I would miss out on DEC gains if I dropped ECR too much, definitely not making that mistake anymore!
