How does staking work and how do I earn?
Once you get yourself some HEX2T you may decide that you don't just want your tokens sitting doing nothing and lucky for you, you can put them to work if you so wish! Currently there is 1 3rd party app that is letting you stake your HEX2T. You can find it here - PyraBank
They way you earn more tokens here is simple. When people stake tokens through this particular app they take some fees. In total these add up to 20% in total, 9% is the entry fee which will be distributed to everyone that is currently staking on the platform, you have a 10% exit fee which is once again distributed to people that are staking, 1% goes to the Pyra devs for running the platform.
How do I stake my tokens?
I will give you a step by step guide.
Download the Metamask extension for your browser. If you already have it skip this step.
You will want to buy some ETH. You can get this from pretty much any exchange out there, my Go-To is Binance.
Get your ETH address from your Metamask by clicking on the extension, clicking "deposit" then "view my account " and it should show you your address there. Just copy it.
Go back over to the exchange and withdraw the ETH.
Now you will want to go to Uniswap. By cliking the link it should automatically take you to the HEX2T pairing.
You will now want to input the amount of ETH you want to spend. I normally try to leave 0.02-0.03 ETH in the wallet to account for any transaction fees that may come up.
Once you have put in however much ETH you want click swap and I would personally choose the highest gas fee on there, this will stop transactions failing and they will also be fast.
Now you have go your tokens you want to head to Pyrabank and you will see your tokens that are available. It should look like what I have shown below.
From here you want to type the amount of tokens you want to stake in the step 2 section and then click approve and send the transaction that pops up with Metamask.
Once that transaction has been confirmed all that is left to do is fill in the amount of tokens you want in step 2 again and hit "Mint Tokens".
