Holding an altcoin for almost five years requires a lot of discipline, especially with all those DAGs to Ethereum L2 transitions.
That shift towards privacy—Garbled Circuits and PODs—makes a lot of sense if they're addressing real institutional problems instead of just chasing hype. It will be interesting to see how things develop after the New York summit.
Personally, since the LUNA/UST crash traumatized me somewhat, I've opted for a simple DCA strategy with BTC to manage my risk. But I still respect the long-term confidence in altcoins when technological advancements support it.
How do you manage the sharp drops when BTC falls and altcoins plummet? Do you take advantage of those drops to accumulate more COTIs or do you hedge with BTC/cash until the situation stabilizes?
