Skills in demand in 2018

Today, we need a combination of Hard and soft skills to survive in this economy. Skills are currently grouped into Soft and hard skills. I have narrowed my 2018 skill requirements into the following:

Soft Skills

1. Communication skills: Many people are afraid of speaking in public, but effective oral communication is a key skill in business. Get enrolled into a program that teaches communicating with Confidence
2. Leadership skills: As a leader, you need to be able to clearly explain to your employees everything from organizational goals to specific tasks.
3. Collaboration: Big feats are often achieved with others. Learn to work within a group

Hard Skills

1. Statistical Analysis and Data Mining: This is basically a confluence of various other frontiers or fields like statistics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, database management, pattern recognition, and data visualization.
2. Cloud and Distributed Computing: this is an IT standard that enables global access to shared pools of configurable system resources and higher-level services that can be rapidly provisioned with minimal management effort.
3. Digital Marketing: Exploit marketing opportunities with Facebook, Twitter and Google.
