Everyone who runs giveaways can create a comment with or without a picture that links to their giveaway, The only things that I ask are 1. Only one post per week, and 2. include in your comment when your giveaway concludes (like a date and time) so that people aren't clicking on old giveaway links. (This will be especially important for people who do daily giveaway posts.)
Everyone who posts a giveaway is expected to provide a 100% upvote to this post.
When it comes time for the next Giveaway Train post to be created I will pick a person who posted a giveaway (through a random comment picker) to be the beneficiary of the next week's Giveaway Train post.
Steem Plus allows for the ability to assign a beneficiary for a post,
If your comment (containing your giveaway) is chosen at random... you will be made the 100% beneficiary of the next week's post. (well 95% technically because steem-plus takes 5%)
If everyone giving away Steem Monster cards leaves a comment and gives the post a 100% upvote, this post will become highly visible on steem. And everyone will have a chance to benefit from the post payout.
