Dream therapy is when you write down all over your dreams, as far as you know.
Day One: I went to sleep at 3am.
I was a college student in the second semester of my freshman year. I had my current roommate and everything. I guess I went out with her without my glasses, something that I actually NEED at ALL TIMES in real life. Then I woke up the next morning, but the problem was: I could not keep my head up. It would keep falling backwards. I tried to go to class like that and it was pretty odd. If you wanted to leave your dorm, you had to walk on a small ledge, or jump down on some lower ledges that we're bigger but had gaps. Since it was extremely backed up, I jumped down on the brick, hoping that I was aiming right. And I did! But then I was stuck! I couldn't lift my head to aim my jump.
Lets me put this into perspective. Imagine leaning your head all the way back, then trying to little it up again. It works but you only have a blurry vision for 2 seconds and then your head and you eyes are rolling back. Mix that with what you see when you are extremely drunk.
Back to the story. I couldn't move! I WAS TERRIFIED. Then I woke up, back in my dorm, laying on a couch. I had a sense it was my room, but something was off. I just didnt feel the prescence of my roommate anymore. Two men were in there. The first one middle aged and the other around my age, but looked as if he.was losing his hair. I asked them why I was there. And the older man said that he was my coach and trainer. So I did have a problem.
I tried to get up and walk a couple of times with no luck. The same thing just kept happening. Then the older man told me to stop. I was trying to get to the back room to get my phone and my glasses. The man came back with them and I put them on. It was kind of hard. Like I was having a seizure every time I tried to look through them. But finally it worked. I could look straight again. I stood up and looked at the TV. I tried walking, and after a couple of steps it happened again, but not as bad as before.
And that was when I woke up! I don't know what to make of this dream. I think I only had it because of the uncomfortable position I was sleeping in, and the anxiety of going back to school after this long break. It was just weird because it also felt like I was lucid dreaming!
Anyways! Thanks for taking a weird look into my dreams!
