Over the past 2 days, I received 2 messages from the same man threatening me and telling me I have a pending lawsuit. He said his name was "Chris Simmons". After 2 threatening messages, I decided I would call back. "Chris" was not available but I spoke with "Nicole Smith" about this so-called case.
