I’d suggest that instead of your messages just linking to signup.hive.io for account creation, you should prepare a solid landing page of your own that provides a much more exciting vision of Hive, a simple non tech heavy explanation, and perhaps utilizes the account creation workflow through @hiveonboard, so as not to overwhelm folks with multiple less user friendly options. I don’t think forwarding people to signup.hive.io will generate a great conversion rate to new accounts.
