I had the record of this work in digital photography and I have scanned it in high quality for the first time since I drew it. It is incredible the difference in the colors and extremely gratifying to see the textures up close.
Scanning vs. photography
Even if you use a professional camera there will always be differences that can become more noticeable if you edit the image to improve it, contrary to what you want. So it is always advisable -especially in these times- to have a record as faithful as possible of our physical works.
