María ya estaba, en su noveno mes de embarazo, se sentía enorme, pero aun así su médico la mandaba a dar paseos cortos, para que cuando llegara el momento del parto, le acelerara el proceso y fuese más fácil ese momento. Todas las mañanas, María sacaba a su perrito Duque a dar sus paseos matutinos y así aprovechaba a recibir los rayos del astro Sol, en las mañanas, cuando sus rayos la abrazaban, ella se sentía más viva, con más ánimos y Duque agradecía sentir ese calorcito que lo animaba a saltar alegremente a su alrededor.

Para cuando llegó el momento del parto, todo resultó, como se esperaba, en bendición y el hermoso bebé Eliam, llego al mundo. Al llegar a casa, una de las primeras instrucciones de su médico pediatra, fue darle a Eliam, su "baño de sol", todas las mañanas, al salir los primeros rayos del sol, para evitar que se pusiera "amarillo", para estimular su sano crecimiento, aportarle vitamina "D" naturalmente. Cuando María lo sacaba al jardín todas las mañanas; ese era su momento de relax, uno de sus momentos mas íntimos con su bebé.

Su día podía ser muy estresante, pues era madre primeriza y se estaba acostumbrando a tantos cambios, no dormir bien, sentirse insegura con tantas cosas con respecto a su bebé, no era fácil; pero afortunadamente tenía a su abuelita Patricia, quien le ayudaba con el bebé, en esos primeros días en que todo se ve tan difícil. Pero la abuela sabia, lo que era bueno para su nieta y su bisnieto y eran precisamente esos paseos bajo el sol; ella sabía, que eso la ayudaba con su ánimo aun sin darse cuenta y cuando entraba a casa, su energía era otra cosa.

De paso, la abuela Patricia, también disfrutaba esos rayos de sol, sus huesos se lo agradecían, ya no sentía ese frío que la perseguía casi siempre y pensaba "que increíble que al nacer, el sol nos brinda vida y nos ayuda a crecer y al ocaso de nuestras vidas, nos abraza brindándole calor a estos huesos ya viejos"..., reflexionaba todas estas cosas; agradecía vivir en un clima tropical, donde los rayos del sol no faltaban en sus días, donde las flores bailan felices al ritmo de su calorcito y todo se ve más vivo y feliz.

María pronto se recuperó de su parto y Eliam, pronto, empezó a crecer feliz y al aire libre. Con su abuela cerca de ellos, con sus sabios consejos; entendió que esa "tristeza" que a veces la atacaba esos primeros días de aliviarse y que día a día fue alejándose y el hecho de que su bebé fuese creciendo fuerte y sano, fue en mucho por los consejos de su linda abuela, quien sabía, que el sol es vida, alegría para todos. Ahora, cuando tiene un mal día, sale a dar un paseo, más consciente que después de sentir el abrazo de los rayos del sol, se sentirá mejor.

Maria was already in her ninth month of pregnancy, she felt huge, but even so, her doctor ordered her to take short walks, so that when the time came for delivery, the process would be accelerated and the moment would be easier. Every morning, Maria took her little dog Duque out for his morning walks and thus took advantage of the sun's rays, in the mornings, when its rays embraced her, she felt more alive, with more encouragement and Duque was grateful to feel that warmth that encouraged him to jump happily around her.

When the time came for the delivery, everything turned out, as expected, in blessing and the beautiful baby Eliam, came into the world. Upon arriving home, one of the first instructions from his pediatrician was to give Eliam his "sun bath" every morning, at the first rays of the sun, to prevent him from turning "yellow", to stimulate his healthy growth, and to provide him with vitamin "D" naturally. When Maria took him out to the garden every morning; that was her moment of relaxation, one of her most intimate moments with her baby.

Her day could be very stressful, because she was a new mother and she was getting used to so many changes, not sleeping well, feeling insecure about so many things regarding her baby, it was not easy; but fortunately she had her grandmother Patricia, who helped her with the baby, in those first days when everything looks so difficult. But grandma knew what was good for her granddaughter and great-grandson and it was precisely those walks under the sun; she knew that it helped her mood even without realizing it and when she came home, her energy was something else.

By the way, grandmother Patricia also enjoyed those rays of sunshine, her bones were grateful for it, she no longer felt that cold that chased her almost always and she thought "how incredible that at birth, the sun gives us life and helps us grow and at the end of our lives, it embraces us giving warmth to these old bones"..., she reflected on all these things; she was grateful to live in a tropical climate, where the sun's rays were not missing in her days, where the flowers dance happily to the rhythm of its warmth and everything looks more alive and happy.

Maria soon recovered from her delivery and Eliam soon began to grow happily and outdoors. With her grandmother near them, with her wise advice, she understood that the "sadness" that sometimes attacked her in those first days of relief and that day by day was moving away and the fact that her baby was growing strong and healthy, was largely due to the advice of her beautiful grandmother, who knew that the sun is life, joy for all. Now, when she has a bad day, she goes for a walk, more aware that after feeling the embrace of the sun's rays, she will feel better.
