Great video! I agree with you that it can get a little repetitive having watched a few townhalls now but I appreciate the teams willingness to work towards answering both newer and older players questions about the game. I wonder what a true solution to exploits of bot accounts/having multiple accounts just to drain the system dec as much as possible is. As best as I can see it if they had a system created that tracked accounts rate of play from a realistic human perspective vs a bot in speed of play and rate of change and delegation but that would require alot of work.
