In my opinion it is going to be underrated as it is very useful in lots of rulesets like close range or the one that gives everyone snipe. The scavenger allows her to survive although it is probably ideal to level her up so that she deals 2 ranged damage. The faster speed can also help for dodges. Thanks for the giveaway!
