No offense, I'm assuming English is not your first language, but this reads like it was done by an AI bot transcribing an audio file. I know this because I was a transcriber and I tested out many services online and this is what it would look like when it was finished. This is why I decided not to use them, it was very easy to detect and it took longer correcting the mistakes versus just transcribing the audio myself. ;)
