To everyone living in america who like to complain and don't have much time to think about how lots of things get done in this country (may be parallelly true for everywhere else too), how foods and services are brought to their plate and how distribution of labor in a modern society works. Some perspectives of some wise people are so clear that it's nearly impossible to unsee it unless you are intentionally choosing to do so!! (and these people gain their insight through years of hard labor and first hand experiences and realizations, not from social media and news outlets). It's hard not to admire this MAGNIFICENT QUORA answer.

I was usually the only person born in the United States and often the only native English speaker in the kitchen and I never worked harder in my life doing 12 hour shifts. My immigrant co-workers were awesome. They did that six days a week and they took every penny home so their kids could eventually go to college along with me. When I see a Mexican guy leave a restaurant after midnight, tired, beat down and ready to get on the subway for over an hour to get a few hours sleep so he can turn around and do it all over again I don't see a thief. I see a hero.
