Gotta say that's a nice lookin' smoker box! It's funny. I can't sit by and watch grass grow but I'll happily relax and watch meat smoke. (Then again I can't eat the grass. Though I suppose it can be smoked. 😆

Do you prefer dry rubs or marinades?

Never tried quail but I have smoked some cornish hens on my grill. 😋
