Your sleep situation is a lot like mine. I will not write a lot, already bored many others with my sleep habits :) Just wanted to say that video does not help me as I keep getting engaged. Instead, some youtube talking or podcast seem to be more useful as I tend to feel sleepy if I hear it in a dark room.

When I was a child I used to have a lot of nightmares. My mother then put a small knife under my pillow and since then I did not have nightmares as often as I used to. I wonder if it was just a placebo effect but it did help.

Talking is not always about nightmares. As a sleep talker, my wife tells me I talk a lot more, and clearly, when I am in a stressful situation. So typically it is work-related stuff that I speak about. Also, it has some thing to do with sleep apnea too. The bad news is that it means I am not in deep sleep which is not good for me.

Cheers from a fellow #dreemerforlife
