I feel this. I just turned on the Ottawa protests and had the thought, "You know, I really honestly just cannot take sides on any of these issues because both sides are just SO damn out of alignment and: SIDE-Y." Completely irrational, and obstinate. I cannot stand the energy around both sides. Truth be told, I find the Liberal side much less sickening energy-wise. I don't talk about these issues and want to drop it as soon as someone brings them up because it is nauseating to me the energy around it. It's almost barbaric.

Also, the NVC video you shared is ALWAYS the one I share with other people. I feel it's THE best presentation of NVC - better than the book. I think you can really get a solid understanding of all the facets of NVC through that video.
