I will be passing a vital information across to you today that virtually is ignored by everyone. And when it comes to steemit and all that is done here, this subject matter is very important. WHAT IS PLANNING?
Planning is the skillful ability of an individual or group of individuals to creatively organize an activity to achieve a desire goal or objective.
Planning is a skill and because it requires a creative mind to execute, the result gotten always reflects the virtue of excellence. So the skills of planning and creative thinking must be developed so as to get good result on steemit. I have always said that every positive action of mine is always intentional (my love life inclusive) laughs.. You want 5,000 followers? Plan! And be intentional about it, you want to earn 5000SBD? Plan! And be intentional about it. You want to win a contest? Plan! And be intentional about it.
From my previous post, I made mention of carving out a niche (area of specialty) for myself on steemit, it was intentional and was planned because I cannot be everywhere. I will not because 
So planning is intentional and creating the desired future is about you being real with yourself.

HOW DO I PLAN?
These steps are guaranteed if only you will be play by the rules.
DEVELOP A GOAL
The first step you must take upon sign up on steemit is determine what you want to accomplish ranging from building your followers, reputation, forming a community in a steemit to execute projects, becoming a witness, and your earnings. You have to be strategic and intentional in your doings. I was intentional with every actions though I make mistakes as human that I am (imperfect me) but I discovered some folks who have achieved a certain level of success examples are 
DEVELOP TASK TO MEET YOUR GOAL
You must come up with a list of your required tasks for your blog on steemit to meet your set goals. This tasks ranges from creating a very good content for your audience, to making tangible research to have your facts handy, studying the blogs of other steemians and also knowing the right people to upvote and comment. All this is centered on TIME MANAGEMENT (Topic for another day).
DETERMINE RESOURCES THAT IS NEEDED TO EXCECUTE TASKS
The resources needed to get your goal actualized on steemit is “YOUR BRAIN” I said your brain because you must study to develop a good content, you need a good phone, you need pen and papers, a computer, and internet connection for effective task execution. So put your resources together.
CREATE A DEADLINE FOR EVERY GOAL
Time management is very important and necessary in everything we do, so you must create timeline and deadline for goals ranging from your daily, monthly, yearly, on steemit. You don’t do things any how if not it will reflect in your output (the money, people, and you).
FINALISE PLAN
After all is said, the execution sets in by your studying and writing every bit of valuable information your head can offer to your audience. And in doing this remember to create focus which is staying in your area of specialty.
DISTRIBUTE TO ALL
This is where you post your work on your wall/blog for your audience to read and do the necessary (laughs). They upvote, comment and resteem. Some will end up becoming your friends outside steemit and you never can tell it bring about serious business alliance.
