I setup securities and maintain the security master file for an Asset manager. Boring! But i saw this as extremely positive, the SEC want to help protect people... Almost every ICO has refused US citizens though. Its the secondary mkt place on exchanges thats the issue. What will happen will they make it, break it or run for the border.
