The yields are too enticing for people to resist at this point and what other choices do they have as a place to park their money with all the inflation happening around the world? Also a lot of real estate markets in the United States and other countries look very bubbly right now and have priced out the normal residents of those areas.
Also lots of companies have allocated large amounts of money to advertise their crypto exchanges so the ads are already pumping and people are getting exposed like they have never been exposed before.
