Essentially you can be somewhat smart about your strategy with this. Driving a nice luxury vehicle that isn't brand new but that it is almost impossible to tell really how old it is unless you know the model years really well of some of these cars. Buying cars 5-7 years after they are manufactured will usually get your further down the depreciation curve and will make it so you don't lose as much money on the resell. Leveraging out can certainly get you into financial trouble very fast so you really have to hit your grind hard and have a certain amount of buffer and conserve as many resources as possible because you are going to have to cast a large net and make a lot of exposures. It is a huge numbers game and if you dump all your resources on one woman you could be spent. Most of the assets I'm talking about are physical items that you would utilize regularly anyway and retain value or provide you with value yourself. You need a car and you need a place to live. Putting yourself in a higher tier existence will cost you extra but you are getting to enjoy that car as well for instance and it likely has more power than a basic car that will get you from point A to point B so you are getting enjoyment out of it just zooming around. At certain points the extra expense of things could wear on you mentally but also not having success with women is very damaging mentally and not good for your health. Yes you could survive on ramen noodles but you aren't going to thrive.
