Growing tropical fruit in the freezing mountains of Colorado without heating

I thought this was a really interesting property. It somewhat reminds me of some of the Earth Ships in New Mexico. I have been all over the United States and in a lot of ways property has really gotten insanely expensive but it isn't as bad as what is going on in Australia and Canada.
