It's tough to know on the sweat equity front. I feel like for people who are fairly young they would still have a chance to become an airline pilot. If it is outside spending years on schooling and training you could say there is an opportunity to try to resell some products online. I think that opportunity can still have some legs if you are able to turn over some products quick. Another on is couch flipping. You just need a couple guys and a truck.
