You bring up a very important part that I didn't even think about. These companies like Zillow and BlackRock getting loans for 1% or under. It is pretty crazy to think about when people trying to get these bank loans that are originated from nothing are paying let's just say 7% at this point and fix and flippers are paying 14-16% plus points for hard money loans if not more.
