Yes and no. In this hyper competitive world I felt like one of the last hopes where a city isn't too big and has a large conservative population would be Tulsa, Oklahoma but as far as the land there. The trees are all stunted from lack of water and all the rivers and lakes would be mud holes. I think I could become a slightly bigger deal in a place like that and have elevated status compared to what I would have in Dallas or Phoenix.
The question becomes different if we are talking about just going monk status and having a self sufficient compound on good land vs any sort of traction with women and have my money go further.
If I was to just focus on good land and good water in the United States I would have a compound up in Northern Michigan on a Lake away from others and away from large production farm land and perhaps another winter haven compound in a place like South Carolina, or East Texas, Alabama, maybe the pan handle of Florida. It would have to be somewhere there is water away from large production farming where there is a lot of wooded land for cheap.
I think that crypto will really come out of this depression strong but I think it is going to take awhile to get on the other side of this bear market for people to put significant resources back into these markets. Being deep in the weeds that are so many coins, tokens, and NFT projects that do little to nothing useful and will bleed out extremely hard. There are things being built and improvements being made currently but it is going to be a struggle for projects to survive and come out of this efficiently.
2023 I'm going to have to be 10% better than I was in 2022 which is damn near impossible. Most wouldn't attempt it but I'm in hyper mode considering time is our most valuable resource. Listening to YouTube videos on 2X and have the people talking like chipmunks to soak up more information.
My knee was fucked. I can even see that in the scope pictures they took during my surgery that they gave me. Hopefully at least cleaning out the lose pieces I will have a little more runway and depending what happens with the baseball stuff after our spring series I might take my game international and try to play baseball in Italy, the Netherlands, or Germany but we are working on a situation to play in Maui.
I'm going to go further, work faster, be more boss than ever before.
If all else fails I hit the eject button and go to some of the countries I have been researching. Montenegro is high on the list. Jumping to a country where my money will go 3 times further, women are slightly more traditional, and I would have relative leverage and status.
Overall I need to position myself really well to really take action when people get washed out of their assets in this depression that is LOADING......... I think it is going to be the worst thing we have seen in our lifetimes.
