Certainly doesn't make sense and it's hard to really get through to people.

There are certain things I like about electric systems. I thought the Nissan NSX was a cool setup as well as the BMW i8 but they sort of under powered the gas engine on that one. If they did similar systems and had a 4.0L Turbo Charged engine to get it going 200mph plus that would be sick.
