The delisting of Monero has been talked about so much over the years. Crazy it finally happened.

I know a lot of people are stressed out about the housing market but as it unravels more it will usually drop to a level that would historically be undervalued. We are so far from that in most markets.
It really just depends where people want to live in the next 5 years.
