I like how you say paying for 30 years for something that was built in less than a year. When you put it in terms of that the whole premise seems so ridiculous.

Different areas are fighting for bodies but in Arkansas some of the areas had a property tax exemption if you didn't do a certain amount of improvements.

The thing that I don't like is that things become all about what you can't have and we are supposed to have a license to fish in rivers that were already there.
