Pretty shocking to say the least and nothing short of slavery repackaged in the end. There are so many levels of ridiculousness with it beginning to explain it is cumbersome. They even state that what is said when talking to their employees who are in the call centers can't be taken as fact. So you can't go off what they are saying you are always wrong essentially.
