I agree with that. Even the non athletic girls can do pretty minimal workouts and just be youthful and that gets them pretty far. Men have to be way above and beyond and it takes so much more work. I will say at the elite levels that the women are essentially putting in the same amount of work to win on the biggest stages like the Olympics. They just don't have as much testosterone and their bone density isn't the same and they can't apply as much force. That being said they are progressing and one big realization I have had being in the LA scene is that my competition is from guys who play for the Angles, Dodgers, USC, UCLA, Lakers, Clippers, billionaires, movie stars.
