I would say I have been a benefactor and a victim of the modern environment and so have a lot of my friends.

Men and women are getting further pushed apart here and Im glad that I didn't end up in the situation a lot of guys ended up in with these brutal divorces / custody battles.

Where I gained a lot is being able to sleep. That has allowed me to recover and fight the aging process.

I'm happy that I can still move the way I can.

I wouldn't have really ever been this strong or athletic if the situation wasn't so brutal out there.

My awareness of social dynamics wouldn't be as evolved either.
