People chasing ICOs will likely come back in 2020 and 2021. There will be a whole new crowd of dumb / new money coming in chasing our rocket fumes. Even if we tell them a white paper makes Zero sense they will still be shoveling money at some ridiculous marketing pitch contrived by someone who found out about crypto 3 weeks prior.

But yeah STEEM is really far behind in a lot of respects and super slow to really get anything done but going into the next boom new people will show up and unfortunately we will be forced to dump our bags on them to get our Lambos. Just the nature of these market cycles.
