Go off what women do, not what they say. If they are talking to you or talking about you to others they are interested. If they weren't you would essentially be invisible. Day to day things can change in a woman's mind because she is so driven by emotion and one of the only ways to keep her engaged is to always remain a partial mystery character. A Great Gatsby type character. They don't know if you are talking to other girls, what you really do, where you really live, how much money you actually have, how many businesses you own. Sometimes I create this mystique in various ways but one of the ways is I say the cops give me trouble because I have an Arizona driver's license. When they ask more about that I give them limited information like that my ID doesn't expire for 50 years. I feed them bits of info but never verbal vomit up a bunch of info. I try not to say much about myself.
