Mid 40s

Hi friends,

I wanted to share an item from my precious metals stack and let you know why I am a holder. Today’s edition: a pair of Walking Liberty half dollars from the mid 1940s:

These are beauties and true pieces of American history. These are 90% silver and you can usually pick them up for $12-$15 a piece, depending on the spot price of silver.

I have a handful more somewhere, but couldn’t find them… hopefully they have not “walked” off being named Walking Liberty coins, lol.
