Hi friends,

I wanted to share an item from my precious metals stack and let you know why I am a holder. Today’s edition: the Australian Kookaburra:

This is a 1 ounce silver coin minted by the Perth Mint in Australia. The Kook is a fun coin with a cool design - this one was minted in 2018 and carries a sovereign value of one Australian dollar.

These Kooks generally have a bit more premium that most government bullion, so I don’t have too many of them. However, my kids do like to check out the variety of coins, so stacking a tube of ASEs maybe a better investment, but can get boring if that is all you have - might as well enjoy your stack!
