I usually go by myself or with a friend - my wife isn’t in to gold prospecting (yet!) plus I need her to watch the kids so I can go dig in the dirt! Still a little dangerous for the kids, unfortunately.

$187.50 total - reasonable, and there generally are premiums for nuggets as they also have collectors value.

Bummer! The jerky comes out pretty good like this. I am sure a dehydrator would probably work better but I don’t make it enough to justify the cost of the dehydrator. Let me know if you try some fruit
